web site or information, products or services provided therein. This Agreement
is between you ("You") and Cinderella's Pumpkin and is effective at
the date of your first use or access of the cinderellaspumpkin.com web site.
You further agree that Cinderella's Pumpkin may change, alter, amend or replace
all or any part of this Agreement at any time, that such changes, alterations, amendments
or replacements shall be effective as of the time of posting. If you do not
agree with the changed, altered, amended or replaced Agreement, do not use or
access the cinderellaspumpkin.com web site or information, material, products
or services provided therein. Continued use after the time of posting changes
will constitute acceptance of the changed, altered, amended or replaced

Disclaimer of Warranties
All lengths and sizes noted are approximate and may vary slightly.
Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product.
Products seen online do not always represent an identical color match. Color
reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the
hue/contrast settings on your monitor.

Returns
Customer must contact Cinderella's Pumpkin via e-mail within 5 days of
merchandise receipt.
Cinderella's Pumpkin will then e-mail the customer the details for the product's
return or replacement.
Merchandise received damaged
will be replaced by Cinderella's Pumpkin at no cost to the customer. If the
customer does not want a replacement for the damaged product the customer must
follow the procedure for return listed below.
Returns- Cinderella's Pumpkin's email response to a request for a return
of merchandise will provide the address and details necessary to process the
return . This email is also the customer's authorization to return. A copy of
this email must accompany the return.
Return shipping cost is the
responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be received no later than 2 weeks after receiving the
return authorization (email) from Cinderella's Pumpkin.
Returns received after the 2 weeks period will be subject to a 25% restocking
fee.
Returns received without an authorization e-mail from Cinderella's Pumpkin will
be sent back. The cost of shipping the return back to the customer will be
charged to the customer's credit card on file.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products
returned in any other condition will be
subject to a 50% restocking fee.
NO RETURNS will be accepted after 30
days from receipt.
Refunds -Credit will be
issued to the credit card on file as soon as the return is processed. Shipping
and handling charges are not refundable.
In the case where merchandise is damaged
and it has been determined by Cinderella's Pumpkin that the damage occurred by
circumstances other than mishandling by the customer, shipping and handling
charges are refundable. The maximum credit to be issued for shipping and
handling charges (original shipping cost of product to the customer)for damaged
products will be the ground shipping cost listed in our shipping and handling
cost list below.
Restocking Fees
All restocking fees indicated on individual items online, or charged by vendors
for returned products, will be charged to the
customer. If you are not sure you will keep the product, send an email to
Cinderella's Pumpkin to inquire about possible restocking fees.
Refused Orders
Orders not accepted by the customer from the delivery service will be charged a
50% restocking fee.
Wrong Address
All fees and charges due to the delivery service's inability to deliver the
package to the customer due to misinformation by the
customer will be charged to the customer's credit card on file.
Products Not Returnable
Personalized and handcrafted products cannot be returned.
Cancelled orders
Orders cancelled 12 hours or more after placement will be subjected to a 20% charge.
Orders placed on this site are seured by the latest and most secure technology available. Online order information is encrypted and sent via SSL secure transmission.
